How to use GPU Passthrough on Windows 10's Hyper-V

I don't have a server GPU but I have a high end desktop GPU. i did some research and apparently RemoteFX is removed in Hyper-V now. I have Windows 10 pro Redstone 5 and Insider preview build 20H1. I need to know how can I enable GPU passthrough in either of them? the hyper-V i'm using is included in Windows 10 pro and my VM is also Windows 10 pro.

    So after more research, RemoteFX is replaced by DDA (Discrete Device Assignment)
    and it mostly requires a server-class GPU.
