Hi,

For those who get stuck with the Windows Store refusing to install/update any app with the error codes above, the problem actually lies in a DLL registration issue.

Here's how to fix it :

1/ Open a command prompt as administrator.

2/ Run command :

powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register 'c:\program files\windowsapps\*\AppxManifest.xml'

3/ Wait for a while (it lasts at least 10 minutes)

4/ Restart the Windows Store. Your apps should now install fine.
