How to fix: Overheating and Loud Fan Noise

Which causes it to become uncomfortably hot during use, and the fan noise has become unusually loud and persistent. Despite cleaning the vents and making sure the air flows freely, the problem continues, and my system often slows down or shuts down unexpectedly to prevent damage. The loud fan noise and high temperatures are disrupting my work and making it difficult to use my device comfortably, especially during intensive tasks.
