How to fix: Overheating and Loud Fan Noise

Which causes it to become uncomfortably hot during use, and the fan noise has become unusually loud and persistent. Despite cleaning the vents and making sure the air flows freely, the problem continues, and my system often slows down or shuts down unexpectedly to prevent damage. The loud fan noise and high temperatures are disrupting my work and making it difficult to use my device comfortably, especially during intensive tasks. I am unsure if this is caused by dust buildup, outdated drivers, thermal paste issues, or other hardware problems. I am looking for effective solutions to reduce overheating and noise, improve cooling performance, and keep my system running smoothly and quietly.

Even if vents are clean, consider opening the case (if desktop) or laptop panel to carefully clean dust from fans, heatsinks, and air vents using compressed air. Dust accumulation can significantly impair airflow and cooling.
