My Dell laptop experiences random freezes where everything stops responding for 5-10 seconds before resuming normally, and this happens during both light and heavy tasks without any error messages. I have already updated drivers and run Dell diagnostics which found no issues, so I need help identifying which specific hardware component like the SSD, RAM, or motherboard is causing these intermittent freezes.
