[HIGH BUG] Remote Desktop doesn't allow copy paste when there is a transfer in progress

There is a bug in Remote Desktop by which we cannot copy paste while a transfer is in progress.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Connect to a remote machine. The local machine can be either macOS or Windows. The remote machine can be either Windows 10 or Windows 11

2. Copy and paste from local to remote machine a file.

3. While the transfer is in progress copy text, file or anything.

4. Go back to the Remote Desktop window.

5. The transfer is closed with an error: "Unspecified error ocurred" or something similar.
