I want to know what happens when the system goes to hibernation while cut paste operation is going on.
I was moving a large set of files when the system (hp x360 2017) went to hibernation due to low battery. I connected the power supply to wake it but it stayed with screen off but kept running for many mins.
After a while it went quiet and the HDD light which was flashing went off.
I then started it again and it some configuration happened at startup. There was no dialogue box, files moved but not sure if something has been lost. Does Windows wait to complete the transfer before hibernation or it completes the operation as it wakes up.
