Hello, I want edit "authroot.stl" this file.

Hi, I want know how to edit "authroot.stl" this file.

File download link is : ctldl.windowsupdate.com\msdownload\update\v3\static\trustedr\en\authrootstl.cab

 

I want edit this file, but I don't know how to edit it.

    You cannot directly edit this file.
