Got suck in signout and restart loop

I accidentally change something in the settings (I'm using Windows 10 pro 1903) and now my computer gets restarted with this prompt every 1 minute and I only have only 30 seconds to figure out how to...

    You should try this in Powershell or CMD, just copy and paste

    Thank you very much, i chose powershell. after doing that i got a notification saying the pending shut down was discarded or something like that and it's been past 1 minute and everything is fine. thanks again
