Cortana Suddenly Tells a Cold Joke in a Dialect, Then Goes Silent

Something really strange happened with Cortana on my Windows computer today: out of nowhere, it suddenly told me a painfully cold joke in what sounded like a regional dialect, which was completely different from its usual responses and honestly caught me off guard. After delivering that one bizarre joke, Cortana stopped responding to my voice commands entirely, even after I tried asking several questions and restarting the feature, so I’m wondering whether this is a software glitch, a language setting issue, or something else entirely.
