Boot into Windows (or Safe Mode if necessary).
Use Device Manager to check for driver updates, especially storage controllers and chipset drivers.
Visit your motherboard/computer manufacturer’s site for the latest chipset and storage drivers.

The good news is that your SSD showing 95% health in Crystal DiskInfo is actually strong evidence that the drive itself is probably fine. A failing SSD typically shows 70% or lower health, or specific warnings about "Reallocated Sectors Count" or "Uncorrectable Errors". Your 95% suggests normal wear from regular use, not impending failure.
