Collapse Folders(6) in This PC

Is there a way that using registry we could collapse the folders in THIS PC section. I have the registry keys to hide it, but to collapse it and show as below.

This is collapsed. I want to this in a registry key for all users when they start the Explorer and go to this section.

Appreciate anyone can get me some info on this. I am to trying to google but could not find anything relevant.
