Can’t update or uninstall Google Chrome

Hi there, Chrome says it needs updating but it crashes when I try to update or reinstall & says another program is running. I can’t uninstall it or update it as it just won’t do it. I’ve tried turnin...

Many thanks, that's done the trick.

I had run a couple of scans but this one found the virus.

Chrome is working normally now.
