Bluetooth will not see speakers
I have a win 10 pro machine with a kinivo USB Bluetooth dongle hooked up to it. When searching for devices, windows sees my phones but it does not see my creative t12 wireless speakers. My phone sees and can successfully connect to the speakers and the pc, but pc cannot find speakers.
What I've tried
Moving usb ports.
Moving speaker directly next to dongle
Reinstalling drivers for the dongle
Bluetooth support restarted and rebooted
Troubleshooter found no problems
Airplane mode not on
Disable and enable in device manager
None of these things works

I believe you already perform all steps in listed in the article but check and see if you missed any steps.
If problem persist, then open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
