Battleye anticheat on Windows 10 PC

I have not been able to launch certain games (eg. Insurgency) since Window's 10 installation.
Prior to Window's 11 all games ran perfectly with Window's 10.
I don't have a lot of the newer games due to cost and time to play.
I have a new desktop computer which will allow me to play newer games.
I have tried working through Battleye faqs sheet to no avail.
I have tried some of the u-tube video's...basically the same as the faqs sheet from Battleye.
Is anyone playing games that uses Battleye as the anticheat program.
If so, did you have any fixes or advice, saying that you had a launch problem with Battleye anti cheat not allowing certain games to run.

    Some antivirus or system optimization tools may block Battleye or game files. Temporarily disable or uninstall any third-party security tools and see if the game launches.

    Sometimes, Battleye gets corrupted or improperly installed. Navigate to your game folder, delete the BattlEye folder, and then: Launch the game; it should automatically download and reinstall Battleye.
