Anyone else dealing with random Windows 10 freezes?

Happens like 3-4 times a day—just a few seconds of total freeze, then back to normal. Task Manager doesn't show any spikes, drivers are up to date, and I've already run the usual dism and sfc scans.

Not the end of the world, but annoying enough to make me want to throw this thing out the window. Anyone run into this and actually found a fix?
