Actualización acumulativa para Windows 10 Version 1909 para sistemas basados en x64 (KB4549951)

Hola, probé con la mayoría de los tutoriales y no puedo  corregir el

Error 0x800F0988 en Windows Update para instalar la actualización acumulativa para windows 10 versión 1909 sistemas basados en x64 (KB4549951)

Hace todo el proceso, hasta instala el 100% y luego sale el error de calidad y seguridad en mi equipo. 

También probé deshabilitando el antivirus Eset NOD 32

Hay solución sin restaurar el equipo?

Firstly, open Windows 10’s search tool by pressing the Windows key + S .

Enter the keyword cmd in the search box that opens.

Right-click Command Prompt  to select Run as administrator.

Next, enter this command in the Prompt: 

dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup and press the Return key.

Restart the computer and try the update.

Hi,  I followed your instructions (dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup), but  when the update is at 100% I received a message about the update (KB4556799) couldn't install ... but we will try again later.

please help
