Caculation of Fav score backend
Hi there,
I am importing historical data for a client and we have came to spot that there are slight differences in the Fav score as per reported before (by a different vendor). (+/- 1% differences)
Should client ask for an explantation, could the reason be due to caculations and rounding on the backend? Please advise! Client is waiting for an answer- thanks!

Yes, this would mostly likely be due to the calculations that each system uses and how the scores are rounded. I have shared a document that outlines how Glint calculates all scores including percent favorable. I hope this is helpful but let me know if you have additional questions.
