Earlier this week we hosted our first customer town hall. Hundreds of customers from around the world and from various industries joined us to learn the latest and greatest about Viva Glint.

 

Preethi Kuppuram, Senior Product Manager, shared product highlights including recently released features that customers can take advantage of including the Viva Glint 360 feedback program, configuring and exporting raw survey responses, and details around question level permissions. She also shared information on upcoming roadmap features, including data controls for deleting users (September 2024), integration with Teams (October 2024), the Glint and Insights integration (November 2024), and Microsoft 365 Copilot in Viva Glint for comment summarization (November 2024). She encouraged customers to join the Viva Glint product council.

 

We were then joined by Alex Kevern, Director of People Analytics at PayPal, for a discussion with Chad Bennett, People Science Manager at Microsoft, on how PayPal is thinking about their holistic listening journey with Viva Glint, Viva Insights, and Viva Pulse. Alex also shared about PayPal’s smooth migration experience from LinkedIn Glint to Viva Glint.

 

Next, Jeff Jokerst, Head of People Science Consulting, highlighted the benefits of professional services to help customers accelerate their success with Viva Glint. He shared information about Microsoft Unified package options, details on how to engage with a partner, and how customers can use FastTrack for Microsoft 365 for deployment support.

 

From there, Caribay Garcia, Head of Viva People Science Product Consulting & Thought Leadership, shared details about her work on the state of AI change readiness including a recently released eBook. She also shared new findings from a research drop around empowering managers to take action on survey results and insights.

 

I shared exciting details on upcoming events, programs and resources for Viva Glint customers including details on our new holistic listening vision and strategy workbook, our 360 feedback subject guide, an upcoming retail industry cohort meeting on September 25, an upcoming Ask the Experts session on October 15 that will be about maximizing survey participation, and our newly launched psychological safety learning path. We wrapped up with a special agenda item from Stacie Engler, Head of Customer Experience for Viva Growth, specifically for customers who are still on the LinkedIn instance of Glint. Stacie shared details about migration timing and the many benefits of migrating to Viva Glint.
