Explore new Viva Glint features

Integrate Viva Glint and Viva Insights! Bring work pattern data into recurring and ad-hoc survey results. Integrate Viva Insights data into your Viva Glint dashboard to explore relationships between how people work and how people feel. Leverage work pattern data as an additional attribute filter to explore sentiment across teams.

We’re empowering admins to capture and report survey responses for their managers in a targeted way. Beginning April 6, within the Reporting section of Program Summary, you can choose specific survey feedback to be accessed by user role and also set up section-level reporting permissions by user role.

More flexibility in secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) setup. Starting April 6, Viva Glint admins can choose between two ports to securely connect to Viva Glint SFTP and import employee data. Learn more about your SFTP configuration options.
