Transfert Yammer Network from US to EU

Copper Contributor

Hello,

I send a request to yamrepo @ microsoft.com to transfert my Network(empty so no data to export but network created in the wrong region) from US to EU but I have not received a message that my request has been processed.

I already opened a support ticket from the Office 365 admin center but they said they can't do anything. I can't start the deployment of Viva in my company (planned for next week) until this problem is solved.

How can I get help from Microsoft on this problem ?

Best regards

Hi!

You should be able to get it reprovisoned without any issues, ask support to elevate the case or link them this:

Hello,
Thanks for your reply but the support continue to tell me that they can't do anything on their own and can't elevate the ticket. And still no response from Yammer Team since a week.

Try again and ask them to do the above, they should be able request a reprovision or know what channel you need to go through...

@AllisonMichels

Do you have any tip on how this user can approch this if support isn't able to help?

HI! Please send a note to yamrepo@microsoft.com again and we can start their process asap! Thank you!

@AllisonMichels Already did but I got only 1 answer from the team in 2 weeks... I'm now waiting for migration contract from Yammer Team. Still no update since a week...

OK I had just followed up with the support team and they had suggested to try sending again. Thank you!
