Zoom U-24 No Audio Input Signal / Sound on Microsoft Teams & Skype

Hello!

I need suggestions on how to configure my New Zoom U-24 to work with Teams & Skype.
Audio Interface is detected, but NO AUDIO OUT from audio Input using U-24 Driver.
The device (U-24) is working on Zoom App, and Google Meet calls.
But not working specifically on Microsoft products like SKYPE and TEAMS.

Upgraded the firmware of the unit to the latest version, still to no avail.
I'm using Mac Os Monterey 12.0.1
Teams Version:  1.4.00.29478. It was last updated on 01/23/22.
Skype Version: 8.79.0.95

Hello! Thank you for this. The Zoom U24 is a device (Audio Interface). Device is not transmitting audio out to the app using the connected microphones.
