How to set repetitive meetings that do NOT repeat on the same day

Short: Teams allows to schedule repetitive meetings as a series, which results in copying the event to the same day and time next week or month etc.

My need is to create a meeting, with

- Title

Participants, optionals etc

BUT to choose myself, when those meetings take place and to give it a follow up numbering

Example;

1. Meeting Oct. 10th - 2 pm

2. Meeting Oct. 12th - 9 am

3. Meeting Nov. 25th - 11 am

always maintaining same title and participants and adding to title the meeting number

Any ideas please?
