Pavel Yurevich Thank you for the reply. We have today proved that it is an outlook client issue. When a user forwards a meeting invite from outlook 2019 or outlook 365 full client, the join button is missing on the POLY screen. Pavel Yurevich Hello, has there been any updated or fix on this issue ? we have recently deployed a poly x50 and are experiencing the exact same issue as detailed above. Everything works fine apart from when an external meeting is forwarded internally to the poly/room mailbox. There is no join button.
