Go to Partner Center, choose the tile Insights, scroll down until you see the chapter referrals and beneath you can find the topic "downloads hub". Choose create new report, cloud product performance, basic data, scroll down until "Trainings" and select "all". in the time range I normally choose "lifetime". Dear jill, thanks for your information. I also thought that the scenario would be as you described until now but I discovered that it is different (as described in the first posting). Therefore, if you get more information from the colleagues, please let me know. Otherwise I will try to get more information by other sources (not reseller as they normally do not know this specific cases). Dear community, I am having a doubt regarding the granted sandboxes for the Finance and Operations App: we have one customer tenant with different F&O environments. Does this mean that the customer is getting one production and one sandbox T2 for free, for every environment he is deploying as long every environment contains 20 full user licenses? Formerly I thought that the customer would get 1 production and 1 sandbox T2 per tenant, but I checked the MS documentation and as far as I understand, the customer could have 1 sandbox for free for every environment. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/dev-itpro/deployment/manage-sandboxes-across-projects Only if the customer needed more than one sandbox, he would have to buy the Operations Sandbox add-ons. Dear all, in April 2024 we switched a yearly subscription for Dynamics Sales Enterprise to a triennial subscription and I can confirm that there were pro-rated credits for the yearly subscription and charges for the triennial subscription as Nick described in his post. Hi Cliff, no in this case you cannot see it because the employee does not have any valid certifications. I get an information from our HR department when certifications are done and then I contact the employee to connect the learning profile. Hi Cliff, as you know there is the Learning and the University account. The new employee can connect his/her account to the University account and you would see the trainings he/she has concluded.
