Re: @MS Teams - Late joiners unable to see PowerPoint presentation
An event my agency held a couple of weeks ago experienced the issue of not being able to access the Teams PowerPoint Live shared content. How much time going by constitutes a "late joiner"? We need this to work. I have the MS Teams Premium license and we had the setting turned on "Manage what others see". We had an ASL interrupter on screen. For some, ASL was all they saw. We had to stop using PowerPoint Live so the others could see the presentation, just like in your posting but this isn't a fix, it's a substandard work around. We want to use PowerPoint Live because of the enhancements it brings to the event: The ability for the presenter to view notes and still have access to chat and attendee list. The accessibility features for the attendees to change the contrast change the language blind staff using a screen reader to access the shared content, links are clickable.

I realize this thread was from Oct 2022 but now there is a new Premium license that Microsoft offers. IT allows you to go into Meeting Options and set a "Green Room" so the host and presenters can meet before the event and you can enable "Manage What Attendees See". The second takes all of the attendees out of the picture completely just like in Teams Live. I love using both together. There is an issue with presenters external to the agency connecting. They are only allowed in once the meeting starts.

Re: Trim feature removed in new Stream?
We use GCC and have been trying to be patient but killing off Stream Classic decimated our video training program. I understand you to say the clipchamp feature will help but when will GCC have that access? I understand you to say MS is working on a "soft" solution to hide instead of actually trim. This is not a good solution if we have a FOIA request. Please put a rush on this project.
