Re: Copilot in PowerPoint - Mac issue
Check your environment: 1、Network requirements: Copilot experiences are deeply integrated with Microsoft 365 applications and often use the same network connections and endpoints that Microsoft 365 apps use. As such, baseline network configuration customers should ensure that Microsoft 365 endpoints are not blocked within their environment and that network setup follows Microsoft 365 network connectivity principles and best practices. In addition to standard Microsoft 365 domains and IPs, there are some extra network endpoints (domains) that Copilot scenarios may need to connect to enable richer integrations (such as Copilot experiences for the Web). Customers should ensure that traffic to these domains is also not blocked by their network solutions: copilot.microsoft.com, *.copilot.microsoft.com *.bing.com, *.bingapis.com challenges.cloudflare.com https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/urls-and-ip-address-ranges?view=o365-worldwide Microsoft recommends that customers verify that their network supports full WSS connectivity (including addressing the issues above) from user devices running Microsoft 365 applications to the following domains: Microsoft 365 Copilot experiences (Enterprise): *.cloud.microsoft, *.office.com Additional Copilot experiences (including Consumer): *.bing.com, copilot.microsoft.com, *.copilot.microsoft.com 2、Privacy settings for Microsoft 365 Apps: Review your privacy settings for Microsoft 365 Apps because those settings might have an effect on the availability of Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 features If you turn off connected experiences that analyze content for Microsoft 365 Apps on Windows or Mac devices in your organization, Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 features won’t be available to your users in the following apps:Excel/PowerPoint/OneNote/Word https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployoffice/privacy/manage-privacy-controls https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployoffice/privacy/mac-privacy-preferences1KViews1like1CommentRe: Best practices for giving Copilot M365 large files (PDF, Excel and Word)
For scenarios where the entire document context is needed for Copilot to provide answer, a couple of good rules of thumb on the length of the document you provide to Copilot: 1.Shorter than 20 pages: Try to keep the length of the document you refer to under 20 pages. This is a comfortable length for Copilot to handle. 2.Around 15,000 words or less: For those who love word counts, aim to stay at or below 15,000 words. This is a sweet spot for Copilot to work effectively. Here are some ways that you can use longer documents with Copilot: 1.Break It Down: If you have a long document, consider splitting it into smaller documents and providing them to Copilot separately. This way, Copilot can handle each part effectively. 2.Summarize in Parts: For long reports or manuscripts, you can try summarizing them in chunks with Copilot. Today you can do that by copying/pasting chunks into separate documents and summarizing sections separately. This helps Copilot to give you more precise and relevant responses.6KViews2likes0CommentsRe: Unable to use Copiot in excel
1.Confirm that you already have a Copilot license 2.Upload your excel data to SharePoint Online or OneDrive 3. Your data needs to be formatted in specific ways , and you'll need to select a cell within your table or data range before using Copilot. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/format-data-for-copilot-in-excel-1604c8eb-57f1-4db1-8363-d53336228c65 4.Enter your prompts and start working with Copilot823Views0likes0Comments- 1.8KViews0likes1Comment

Hi Windows 365 Team After running the Cloud PC in its entirety, I found a few unfriendly places: 1, no logs and do not show the progress process, MEM in the configuration of Windows 365 where there is no log output, the status page is only able to wait for the final success or failure, and then i can see the detailed things; 2, after the provisioning policy configuration is completed, the background began to create a VM, the feeling is to enter the black hole, completely do not know what is operating, I tested several times, the fastest 1.5 hours a VM (the official document says the fastest 1 hour), the slowest 6 hours to use the Cloud PC 3. How can enterprise administrators customize the VM name? Didn't find the configuration845Views0likes2CommentsRe: Looking for Azure VPN client for windows 7
godaba Windows systems are connected via a VPN client profile, and you can refer to Microsoft's official website for configuration documentation. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/vpn-gateway/vpn-gateway-howto-point-to-site-resource-manager-portal https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/vpn-gateway/point-to-site-vpn-client-configuration-azure-cert4.7KViews0likes0Comments
