Re: Intune App Protection Policies (The apps on this device are already managed)
The Microsoft Support engineers that worked on the ticket I opened stated that this was fixed by the InTune team. I asked them to send over the technical details with the fix and they did not. They also stated that they received multiple tickets about this issue and were aware of it. I was hoping to pass along more technical aspects of what happened and unfortunately, I did not get them.6KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Intune App Protection Policies (The apps on this device are already managed)
Sorry for my delayed response; I was waiting to hear back. I have no actual technical details about the resolution, and it was confirmed it was an InTune issue that's been resolved. The Teams and Outlook apps should now start working. I told them to send me the technical details, even if I didn't understand it and they didn't.27KViews0likes5CommentsRe: Intune App Protection Policies (The apps on this device are already managed)
The guy that reported the issue just said he’s getting the same error in Teams and Outlook again. Microsoft Support did tell me they are getting lots of calls about this. Seems all we can do is wait it out until they find out what caused it and hope they fix it quickly!6.8KViews2likes7CommentsRe: Intune App Protection Policies (The apps on this device are already managed)
I just got off a Teams meeting with Microsoft Support. They said that another Outlook mobile app update was pushed out and I confirmed with a couple of our users that it's now working. They're keeping my case open until next week with more information. Stay tuned!8.9KViews0likes14CommentsRe: Intune App Protection Policies (The apps on this device are already managed)
I'm hopping on a call with Microsoft Support this afternoon. I'll update everyone here whether I have useful information or not from them. Not sure about everyone else, our tenant had up to 18 advisories/incidents as of yesterday. Seems like they're making lots of changes due to the Basic Auth depreciation that takes place starting tomorrow. This is just a theory, and I wouldn't be surprised if this is the case.7.1KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Intune App Protection Policies (The apps on this device are already managed)
I had to open a new Microsoft Support case since they closed my other one out. If I have any details, I'll share them with everyone here. I have an iPhone XS Max with iOS 16.0.2 and can confirm that my phone seems to work.8.3KViews1like1CommentRe: Intune App Protection Policies (The apps on this device are already managed)
I have an update with some unfortunate news. The Reset All Network Settings only worked for a few hours and the user has the same issue again. Also doing the same thing with the Microsoft Teams mobile app as well.9.7KViews0likes10CommentsRe: Intune App Protection Policies (The apps on this device are already managed)
I confirmed that the network reset works for us as well! I first had the user update the Outlook app yesterday and that didn't fix it. Resetting All Network Settings worked like a charm, thank you! I had a Microsoft Support case open, and I passed this information along to them as the resolution. Again for anyone joining this thread: try to update the Outlook app from the App Store. If this doesn't work do what Ted_Trullinger stated. Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Network Settings. This does not reset any data, just network settings.9.8KViews0likes11Comments
