Update: INetCache folder is disappeared after following this - Go to Start > Internet Options > Advanced tab. Place a check-mark next to “Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed”. Click OK. Hi, We are seeing a high number of OneDrive setup files under C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\IE folder which should have been cleanup up after usage.
