Re: No meeting policy in the Teams admin center
Hello, I found the reason and the solution for my problem : it's the family licence which doesn't allow to manages policies. With another account, I tryed the basic business licence and I've got the ability to change policies everywhere. It's understandable that Microsoft considers strategies to be linked to the business world, but it would be better if the documentation mentioned it. Thanks for your help.1.8KViews0likes1CommentRe: No meeting policy in the Teams admin center
Hello Andres, As I am not a English native, I don't understand your question, but I searched around : 1) in the Microsoft 365 administrator center, when I click on my account : - under account tab, I see that I have a "general administrator" role - under applications tab, I see that all Teams Premium applications are selected 2) in the Microsoft Teams administrator center : - under teams tab, I don't see any team despite I have created one team in the Microsoft 365 admin center and it shows me that I have a total of 2 users - under users tab, I don't see any user despite I have 2 users in the Microsoft 365 admin center (the admin and another one) Do you need another information ?1.9KViews0likes2CommentsRe: No meeting policy in the Teams admin center
Hello Andres, Thanks for your message. Of course, I have read this article which advises to click on the "meeting policies" feature. That's why I wrote that I don't have this feature in my Teams admin center. This is my problem. The Teams admin center should present 4 features under the "meeting" tab: - meeting policies - meetings parameters - live event policies - live event parameters. In mine, I only have these 2 choices: - meetings parameters - live event parameters. So where are the 2 missing features and/or how can I activate them ? Hoping there is a solution.1.9KViews0likes4CommentsNo meeting policy in the Teams admin center
Hello, In order to test the NDI features of Teams, I asked for a month trial for the family edition of the "Microsoft 365" and the "Teams premium". The first step would be to activate the "NDI-out" for the meeting policy, in the Teams admin center, but my Teams admin center only shows me 2 features for Meetings : "Meetings settings" and "Live events settings". There are no policies features. -> do you know why and how can I have them ? Thanks in advance for your help.2.4KViews0likes6Comments
