Our learning and development team is holding training sessions that they are recording. They have multiple sessions available for our associates to attend, all with the same content. They are recording each session, but do not want to share each session with the attendees...they want to select the best recording and then share that one with all attendees, no matter which session they participated in. Currently, each sessions recording gets automatically sent to participants via the chat for that session, even though chat function during the meeting has been turned off.
