Re: Group creation needed to start a campaign
Working within your own organization's governance is the first step here. If you only allow a handful of people, then what are the campaigns you need to start working and follow the ticketing/requesting process you have to start. Some organizations have allowed individuals key to communications able to create groups as well or have loosened up their governance to be on the back end rather than preventing everyone from creating a group. Amplify isn't the only product that relies on groups and the guidance is to put the governance controls on the back side to ensure compliance and such. Shohel-Rana, the details of the Viva Amplify reporting come from an integration with Viva Insights or other data as you can do a .csv load. This is done by an admin to first load the .csv with the proper fields and after a set of criteria is reached (more than 10 people in each category breakdown) you can view those details. For the distribution channel, you can add users in BCC after an initial To is entered. You must have something in the To line, however, this could be the user that created the message or other groups. From this community you can go to events tab and add it to your calendar yourself if you like.
