Shohel-Rana, the details of the Viva Amplify reporting come from an integration with Viva Insights or other data as you can do a .csv load. This is done by an admin to first load the .csv with the proper fields and after a set of criteria is reached (more than 10 people in each category breakdown) you can view those details.
