I was reviewing Viva Amplify, and this is an amazing tool that would greatly simplify my team's ability to consistently manage and communicate with our field members. How does one go about requesting access to be able to Create Campaigns? I have reviewed the demo AI Campaign, but do not have ability to create new campaigns? Hi there I am currently trialling Amplify and am interested to know if it is possible to change the "From" address in publications. If I create a publication it comes from me as an individual but can I make these a Team or a shared mailbox address or a senior leader so the communication doesnt come from me. A bit more about the session: We will be conducting the session using a platform called usertesting.com. Please make sure to follow usertesting.com setup instructions ahead of your session, ensure that the usertesting.com extension is installed, and you are able to begin the test. During the session, we will ask you to log in to your own Amplify environment and create a new campaign and publication within which you will complete several tasks. Hello Friends Has anyone found a Microsoft or third party solution for measuring news pages? I know I can see it in the page, and via the library - hovering on the page name. When creating monthly reports on views it is really quite the task to get the data. Managed to use Content Search in SharePoint classic to get the data. But I guess that also goes down to your working relationships with your IT partners. I always prioritized this as an IC partner - asking for better tools to get the messages out.Often though staff seek out and use on a grand scale "Shadow IT" products instead like WhatsApp or personal SMS which contravenes most HR policies. I've become a "generalist specialist” with broad range of skills and knowledge and deep expertise in one or more specific areas. With the new Viva Amplify expected to be globally available Q4 this year with built-in grammar, AI writing suggestions, formats SharePoint News as a preview, to edit and approve, with a built in workflow approval process and more! Thank you so much, Liz, for the demo and for helping us to use this amazing platform. The platform is user-friendly, and we have experienced minimal issues. Distribution Channel- Outlook: after drafting a campaign, when I put a user in BCC, the popup message shows user is not valid, and it doesn’t allow me to move forward. It only allows users in the To and CC fields for Outlook messages. It would be great if Amplify allowed us to create templates based on our design, organization color, and themes and reuse them later. We can’t copy/duplicate the existing draft campaign. As first release, it's quite functional. It makes smart use of a team for your campaign, the Amplify app for creating and coauthoring publications. I'm a little confused on why Viva Amplify isn't working correctly. I've assigned an account explicit M365 Groups and SP Admin roles (the accounts is already a global admin), but when I load the app it just says the account doesn't have access.
