Countif Formula Help
I am tracking employee errors on transactions for my organization and am trying to provide calculate how many times each error has occurred over a 12-month time frame. The error reasons are programmed into the employee tracking logs and I have compiled everyone's log. All of those logs have been compiled into one giant list (about 1300 entries). They went super granular when creating these tracking logs and there are 68 different "Error Reasons" - Below is an example of a handful of them. Previously when I have done this, I have manually input CountIf formulas for each of the error codes, which is doable but very time consuming. Is there a way to get Excel to auto populate the error reasons?70Views0likes2CommentsCounting occurrences over multiple worksheets
I am trying to create a spreadsheet for productivity numbers for staff. My workbook has a Totals Tab and a separate tab for each workday. I am struggling with trying to get one of the calculations on the totals page to work correctly. The spreadsheet I am using for testing has November 2021 dates, so my array of tabs, excluding the Totals Page, is '11012021:11302021' I am trying to write a formula on my totals page that will count the number of times the word "Yes" will appear in cell W4 on each of my daily tabs. I have tried Count, Countif, Sumproduct and am not sure what I am doing wrong.Solved147KViews0likes6CommentsAverage Formula using multiple columns
I am trying to do an average formula using an “If(And” function and I am having difficulty getting it to work. The spreadsheet is tracking information based on the reviewer of a transaction (Connie Daniels or Jack Whitt). If the “Error Code” field is “None” this means the review was correct with no errors. Any other response means the review was incorrect. I am trying to calculate the average for each reviewer. If it was a math equation it would be…… (The number of Connie Daniels reviewed calls that scored “None”) Over (The number of Connie Daniels reviewed calls)846Views0likes1Comment
