I am trying to create an onboarding form but have an error message.
I am trying to create an HR onboarding form that we need for employment: DOB, SS#, Direct Deposit info, etc. I got to the very end of the form and when I put the questions asking for Direct Deposit information I got the following error message: "This form can't be distributed as it is asking for personal or sensitive information." I want to create our own internal HR software solution and need this form to collect all the data we need for the system. What can I do?960Views0likes1Comment
