Chinese text
user is getting Chinese text when he update / cancel the meeting invite. Addins are already disabled and checked, outlook is updated it contain Chinese characters only after it is received by Recipient happening for recurring teams meeting previously it used to happen for skype meetings too

merge question
some users mailboxes are present both on-prem (Exchange) and Exchange Online (O365). And as a result of this, such affected user sees different emails when logged in either with the on-prem link or with the outlook O365 link. Can such account be merged as one?
