Looking into it

Looks to be a symptom of two dev teams that didn't collaborate and/or insufficient QA being done, but the two Windows services deployed when you install the Connector have wildly differing display names:

"Print Connector service"

You'll never remember this one and the description is a really unhelpful 'Print Connector service'; you have to Google search it to figure out what the service name for the Connector service is called when troubleshooting...

"Universal Print connector updater"

Super easy to find in the Services list because it's been named logically.   Description is poor though, just reiterating the Display name...

To fix this:

  1. Add 'Universal' in front of the 'Print Connector service' in the Display name of the main Windows service which would group the two together in the list of services and make it much easier to find.
  2. Correct the Descriptions to contain information on what the service is used for/does and not simply be the Display name again.
