Hi,   Achievement is a fun way to show you are active in the forum and did something. It would be nice if you could add Achievement badge for those who reported spam posts and they consider as spam and has been blocked. It could be like when a user reports a number of correct spam (they verified as spam and removed), then they receive this achievement. With changing working practices we book desks at different locations during the week and/or are based at home.  Our calendars then show everyone where we are.  Even if we put those times down as "Free", the appointments take the appearance of a meeting taking up real estate in the calendar .   Instead of booking the appointment as  "Free" it would be good to book the time as "Location Only" and this appointment then just shades the background of the calendar (as a separate layer to other appointments) rather than appearing as an appointment that gets in the way of real meetings.     This would be a MASSIVE improvement in the calendar.   ... Hi,   It would be nice if you could release a Beta version of Microsoft Technical Community and those who are interested, they might join the Beta by select a checkbox in their profile and doing so would load the Microsoft Tech Community website in beta and it would have upcoming features and we could test them out and report possible bug or errors before releasing it to the public. Sometimes we run into posts which are against the CoC or the community rules and we report them. However, when we report such a post, and we visit it again, it sill gives us an option to report it. So we are able to report a post as abuse number of time. Sometimes we might report one post multiple times like when we are reporting a post one day and report it again later. Therefore, it would be nice to add a feature like when we report a post to the moderator, it should show a message like it already been reported , so we won't report it again. Or it could be an option to edit our original report message. When moderator reviewed it and consider it as safe, then let to report it as abuse again. ... View more

MS planner gives users in your group suggested attachments for a task. Please give the option to disable this feature in MS Planner.   This is a security concern because when I create a task for other users in my organization, they see a list of my own recent files (items I was working in my own OneDrive). They do not have access to these files but they do see the filenames and types-- this information is not available to them otherwise and therefore the suggested attachment feature is not only confusing to new users, but it also violates privacy.   ... How can the Microsoft Tech Community better welcome and encourage new members? One suggestion I have is to improve the 'Learn More' link on the front page.  At the moment it just goes straight to the Community Info Center listing the latest activity in this space.      This is such a lost opportunity! It doesn't help potential new members at all, to get any real info they would have to navigate to the 'Getting Started' space and read the relevant posts.  How many people will spend the time to do this or will just loose interest more likely?  Here are just a few additional ideas:   Pin some getting started resources or guides to the Community Info Center Even better change the 'Learn More' link to go straight to a getting started guide Have some additional resources, a cheat sheet, infographic, map to all the communities, scavenger hunt etc. anything that promotes new (and potential) members to explore and engage with the community I write this as possibly being one of the biggest fans of the Microsoft Tech Community, which is why I wrote Why I love the Microsoft Tech Community. Microsoft Tech Community is great place to share technical expertise. The weblog option is only available for Microsoft Employees and it would be nice to have a blog space for Microsoft MVP , so they could post weblog here.   For quality of contents, some of MVPs could work as editor to improve contents and before publishing , the blog post could be sent to Microsoft to verify , before publish it.  ... I'm bilingual, so usually I will love to read the original post if it's in the language I know but Microsoft Tech Community works by translating the entire webpage into the language you choose. It's kind of annoying that when I want read the post in it's original form I will need to change the language of the entire website. The Profile Completeness Card after completion of the Profile shows that 100% of your information has been added to the profile forever. I think it is just a waste of space showing that your profile is completed, it should reappear when the information is removed but should not appear when Profile Completeness is 100%.   ... View more
