Teams meeting cannot add attendees as co-organizer

Hi, I have a question about adding co-organizer to teams meetings. I created a meeting and invited 4 attendees. Two of them are in my org and other two are in different org(external user). I planed to assign one external user as co-organizer but I cannot add him in meeting option. Is there any setting I should change or users out of org are not allowed to be meeting co-organizer? Thanks

@ChenguangHe - Currently, External users can't be made co-organizers.
To qualify for the co-organizer role, an invitee must be using an account that is on the same tenant as the organizer’s account.
