Charging Money for Teams Apps - alternatives to SaaS offer ?

we are looking for a different 3rd party licensing/monetizing tool then AppSource for a potential teams app (integrating an SaaS offer seems to be a bit of work so we try to find some alternatives). Any recommendations or experiences? Thanks in advance.
