I tried performing a delete all restart to clean my Surface Pro 7 to sell. It’s now stuck in a loop with the error message “The computer reatarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows click “OK” to restart the computer then restart the installation.” It has the circle of dots moving with the word “Preparing” right underneath. I can’t even power it off.
