Surface Pro 8 LTE - Prompting for BitLocker key when inserting SIM card

Dears, 

Does anybody encountered the problem that when inserting a SIM card into Surface Pro 8 LTE, a prompt to enter the BitLocker key comes up?

The device is domain joined, so could be settings in group policies the reason for that?

Any ideas on how to analyze / recover this issue?
