Hi,
My Surface pro 5 Microsoft power adapter is fine but does not charge the Surface pro 5. Third party Power adapter works fine.
Microsoft Power adapter works with surface laptop but not with Surface Pro 5. Cant understand why.
Any suggestions. If I put the adapter upside down it starts to blink.
Please help as Microsoft refused and just told me to pay $450 more. I have a i7 16gb 512gb which I paid for $2000 approx.
Help this is a second time I have faced with surface pro devices.
Sorry seems apple is more reliable.
