I am getting screen flickering issue in the lower part of the screen after 30-40 mins of usage on my surface pro 4. My questions -
1) Am I eligible for replacement? only 10% of my screen is having the issue. device is 2 years old
2) Can I request for an upgraded device as the replacement by paying some extra amount?
