Surface Laptop 2 Keyboard Issues

hello, so I got this laptop that was given to me because the keyboard doesn't work but it does work with a Bluetooth keyboard. So the problem that going on is that when I type the letter "b" and a few other letters they do not respond or anything but other letters on my keyboard work but in a weird way like the letter "y" For example if I type that letter it types that letter "y", "b", and "n", and it keeps typing those letters until I press another letter on my keyboard. I've tried everything, I could really use this new laptop for school if anyone else is having this problem or had please let me know how to fix it.
