Surface Hub Infinite Loop
As of this morning all of our Surface Hubs that were on Fast Ring are entering an infinite loop starting with "Getting ready for the next session" which happens for about 30 seconds and then it reboo...
Our 501c3 was donated a Surface Hub and we are trying to Reset to original. No Bitlocker key.
We have done the 3x off / on and we get a BitLocker screen requesting a recovery key.
(Also when we click continue ...we go into the infamous loop...)
How to get one? or bypass?

When we follow those instructions will we be given a new recovery key and be able to reconfigure as owners/admins? - Hey johnnyhave - just use the tool that Cezar provided with the link, that will take care of you.
We do not have a key and are not admins.
If we purchase a new SSD does it come with a recovery key?
