Surface Hub 2S - Microsoft Teams Room on Windows (Software Update)

The new update (no Surface Hub 3 Pack) for Surface Hub 2S - Windows 11 IoT Enterprise with the Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows experience is now available for download as a Surface recovery image. However, there seems to be an issue: when trying to unzip the .ZIP file onto a USB drive and use it on the Surface Hub 2S, the device does not recognize the USB drive. Has anyone already completed the installation? Is it necessary to make any changes in the UEFI, similar to the migration to Windows 10/11 Pro/Enterprise?

The image you mentioned is intended for reinstallation, not migration.
Migration from Windows 10 Team to MTR will be available soon and this will be done with the help of an app that will prepare the device for migration.

Cezar- Is there a timeframe on this? I tried using the image today and had the same issue. Why even add the "Surface Hub 2S - Windows 11 IoT Enterprise with the Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows experience" to the recovery image options when you put the serial number in if it doesn't work? Seems backwards.
We have two new hubs that were shipped w/ MTR that are Surface Hub 2S. We don't want to roll them back so we are trying to upgrade all our Hubs to the new MTR so all the conference rooms are the same and the end user experience is consistent.
Also, the "Surface Hub 2S - Windows 11 IoT Enterprise with the Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows experience" recovery image WORKS on a Surface Pro laptop....... makes ZERO sense.- cezarcretu

As mentioned above, the migration process from Windows 10 Teams edition to MTR-W is not yet available. The image you mentioned can be used to reinstall a device that was purchased with a Surface Hub 3 pack, but it cannot be installed on a Surface Hub 2 for now.
