Surface 3 Hub - install Power BI Apps or Edge

Hi there, 

we already ran 2 Surface hubs 2s in our Department and we got now 3 new Surface 3 Hubs, but all they are able to, is to run Teams?

How do i install new apps or Edge? We want to run Power BI or a Http Link, in the time we dont use Teams

Teams on Surface hub 3 is not designed to be able to run any other application then MS teams, you can log in to the windows side via settings - Admin and potentially run whatever you want from there but it wont be in the Teams environment.
