Replacing hard drive on surface hub
So my client has two surface hubs, 1 local and 1 in Arizona. The one in Arizona my client has only wifi access (no Ethernet) and for some reason my administrator password is not working so I can't access the settings. Pretty much the one in Arizona is useless it this point.
Anyways I was wondering if I could have my client take the hard drive out of the local SH and put that hard drive in the SH in Arizona and have it work?

Hello Cristopher_Knox,
Among other issues, the disk will be encrypted with BitLocker and you would need to enter the key with every boot. I would highly advise against this.
You can, however, reset the device to factory defaults if the admin password was lost. Since the device is remote, you can also configure it by using a provisioning package that you can send to your customer.
Hope this helps,
