I've set up a new Hub 2S with a device account to allow for booking as a resource; however, when a user signs in under their own account to access scheduled meeting and files, when they join a meeting, they show up as device name and not themselves. Same happens if they make a Teams call to someone in the organization.
Is this expected behaviour?
